Founded in 2000, Pronto Productions is a boutique publicity and production company specializing in Satellite and Radio Media Tours. With studios and production facilities across the country, we are able to work both in-studio and on-location. We pride ourselves in being a "custom shop," paying special attention to the unique nature of each project to ensure a successful event.


We feel confident in our ability to book media tours for everyone from A-list celebrities such as Gwyneth Paltrow, Kevin Spacey and Denzel Washington, to TV personalities like Merv Griffin, Ricki Lake and Carson Kressley, to lesser-known authors such as Tom Philpott and Daniel Levitin. In addition, we have handled projects for relationship experts, doctors, business executives, musicians including Mya, Martina McBride and Ashanti, child-stars, and athletes Gabrielle Reece, Danica Patrick and Tony Gwynn to name a few.

To help our clients decide if a Satellite or Radio Media Tour is the best option, we make complimentary interest calls to our contacts at National and Regional outlets, as well as the top television or radio markets, for each project that is being considered. We then handle all of the details – booking the tour and communicating with the stations, fulfilling any catering requests, lighting and set design, producing the event day-of, and prompt follow-up reporting. Regarding lead-time, while the average is two weeks, our clients have given us anywhere between two months and two days, and we have produced a successful event.
